🧘🏽♀️ ABOUT THE CLASS & INSTRUCTOR
In yoga flow, or Vinyasa yoga, we will focus on linking traditional yoga poses into a flowing series to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. We will practice a variety of poses, appropriate for all yogis from beginner to advanced. Modifications will be available, making this class perfect for any level.
Janet Dietrich-Berry has been teaching Yoga, Barre, and Strength classes at local Washington area Fitness Centers for over 12 years. She began offering classes through her own mobile fitness company FLOW Fitness With Janet in July 2020. Janet holds certifications through YogaFIT, Barre_Certification, and Les Mills BodyPump. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Council for Certified Personal Trainers.
