WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FIRST SHIPMENT?
  • It will be SHIPPED within one week of you placing your first order. 
  • Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday.
WHEN DO MY MEMBERSHIP PERKS TAKE EFFECT?
  • You will receive your discounts & other perks after your first order is processed.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
  • Your subscription membership can be canceled after your third shipment has been processed.
CAN I SKIP A SHIPMENT?
  • You may pause/skip up to one shipment per year.

CAN I UPDATE/CHANGE MY ORDER? (For example I may want a sweet box this month instead of a dry box).
  • You must make changes or updates to your order prior to billing, otherwise changes cannot take place until the following shipment. 
HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY DISCOUNTS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
  • Always make sure you are logged in to your J&D Cellars account in order to receive online discounts. Discounts will automatically be taken off of your total purchase at check out.
DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE HOME IN ORDER FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
  • Someone age 21 and older must be home to receive the shipment and they must show identification. 
CAN I PICK THE WINES THAT WILL ARRIVE IN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX
  • You will receive wines in your subscription box that have been hand-picked by J&D Cellars.
